I was contacted by JOPEN to see if I would be interested in reviewing some items from the Lust, Key, Envy, or Essence line. They sent me the Key Skye, Envy Four, Key Stella 2, and Lavish silicone lube. These items were provided free of charge in exchange for my reviews on my honest and unbiased experience with their items.
I tried the JOPEN Envy Two and Three previously. My experience with these made me reluctant to try any more, but I decided out of all of the new Envy vibes, the Four was the one I’d like to try.
The Envy Four is the same vibrator as the Two and Three just a different shape. The Envy Four measures 7″ long. The tip is tapered before the top thickens, almost giving the vibe a curve, and thins out before going the base. The thickest 5″ in circumference and 3″ in circumference at the thinnest.
The Envy Four is made of ABS Plastic that is coated in silicone. The silicone is smooth with some drag. It’s pretty well seamless too. As this is a motorized sex toy, you should not try to boil it or run it through the dishwasher for cleaning. The best cleaning method is to wipe it down with a bleach solution (9 parts water and 1 part bleach) especially if you are sharing with others. Toy cleaners and antibacterial soap will work for cleanings.
The packaging for the Envy Four is just like the Two and Three. It opens like a book to expose the toy placed in foam. There is a USB charger and instruction manual in their own place. The box is thick and holds up well in storage. It’s appropriate for gifting even.
As mentioned, the Envy Four is rechargeable via a USB cord. The prong plugs into the base of the Envy Four. The Envy four will reach a complete charge in 2.5 hours and last for about one hour on high or double that on low.
The Envy Four is operated with two buttons: one marked F and one marked I. The I turns on the vibrator with a click. The vibrations are then increased by holding the I button down until the LED stops flashing. Another click to the I button will turn the vibrator off. The F button controls the 7 functions of the Envy Four.
The vibrations are rumbly. They have decent power behind them as well. I’d rate them a 4.5 out of 5 where 5 is the strongest. The majority of the vibrations are located at the fullest girth of the shaft. Sound-wise the Envy four is fairly quiet. I’d rate it 2 out of 5 where 5 is the highest.
I wasn’t completely sold on the Envy Two and Three. I had issues with them heating during use and to me they seemed underwhelming considering I can purchase a WeVibe Tango for a lesser price. However, the Envy Four didn’t disappoint me. I don’t have the same heating issue with the Envy Four, though, I’d say it is a possibility when purchasing this line.
The Envy Four has great power and the fullness of the shaft is so filling. The vibrations rumble my G-spot to orgasm easily. I can even orgasm from the Envy Four using it on my clit. The Envy Four is improved from Envy Two and Three. It’s not too plain. However, the Envy Four is still slightly too high-priced; priced at SheVibe for $99.99. You can purchase a Tango for $79.99 for external stimulation and I like it better than the Envy Four. For internal stimulation Je Joue Uma is $10 more than the Envy Four and I find it better than the Envy Four as well. I won’t say that I wouldn’t recommend the Envy Four, but there are better choices for your money. However, if you wish to purchase the Envy Four… it’s not a bad choice.
